Waited a ridiculous amount of time at the ticket office they are slow and inefficient. No sense of urgency

You cannot beat the price for what you are getting. It's not the nicest hotel (2-3 stars) but when you look at the price and everything outside of the dated rooms it's totally worth it.

The self serveFood area was excellent and delicious and well prepared and displayed. It was displayed in a very enticing manner and easy to reach
