2 weeks of repeated calls to the service department and nobody answers the phone. Left voicemails and nobody has called me back. Wow!! Ill take my vehicle to the mainland - it's less of an inconvenience than this.

The worst experience ever!!Took me 3 calls and 4 different people to schedule an appointment.I was looking at trading a truck in; however would never buy anything from these people!!!!

Edward quickly took care of my equinox transmission reprogramming despite service being short staffed. That Xtra effort from a service dept. goes a long way in customer satisfaction & future purchases.
