Made a reservation for a vehicle. Nice lady explains it will be three hours before the car is ready! She insists they have plenty of vehicles. It will just take three hours to get our car ready. Pretty ridiculous. 1 Star. Update - Alamo did provide a less sporty car than the one we reserved. So, I've revised my rating.
