I had been banking with Chase since 2007, and it was one thing after another but the most recent debacle was the last straw. After speaking with Jason about my issues, he had me come into the branch and got me set up with a new checking account in very short order, and also introduced me to some of the bank management that was in the area, and told me that they along with the others at the branch would gladly help me with any issues I might have in the future. “The best decision I made over 20 years ago was to go with Seacoast Bank for our Mortgage. We eventually changed all our accounts to Seacoast. The Jupiter Branch has been so incredibly helpful through the years. Personal attention- 5 STARS!!!! They know my name. They answer questions personally and quickly.They go really above and beyond in customer service. Something you don't see that often anymore. “Great branch of chase bank. Tellers are all friendly, and every time i go it's a smooth transaction. I'd guess, don't walk in at 4:45 on a Friday...you won't get anything done, and this branch is always busy the whold day, on Fridays.i do not use the ATM at this bank, just a side note.”

“My family has had an account with PNC since their First National Bank of Pittsburgh days in the 1860s. I've had the privilege of enjoying their banking services all of my life and have traveled quite extensively. I can say in all honesty, that aside from my family's home branch on Walnut Street in Philadelphia, the Abacoa Branch instills in me that same feeling of familiarity and friendliness. The entire staff greets me by name when I enter and are always so engaging, professional and polite. I can not recommend this Location and it's staff enough. Very well done, PNC. You've created the best Branch location in Palm Beach County.”

“I visited the drive-through portion of this BB&T the other day and a very nice woman helped me. She laughed, kept things light, and was very pleasant. My deposit was quick and painless. Thank you! I've been inside this location in the past and found it clean and modern. This branch location is East of I-95 on Indiantown Road. If you are a BB&T banker, this branch is the closest to hit if you are transferring between I-95 and the Turnpike. I first opened a BB&T bank account when they were the official campus bank of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. Eventually, my student pricing ran out, but now I am charged $5/month for basic checking maintenance, which undercuts the monthly fees of many of the other brick-and-mortar bank chains. I mostly use their App for transactions, but it's nice that the Jupiter area has more than one location to choose from.”

“I had to get a Money Order for an apartment and came here to get it. For one, the Money Order charge costs $5, you can pay it with cash or tie it to your checking/debit card which you used for the Money Order. At most Chase Banks do it straight through the printing process to cut down on an extra step where you tell the clerk how much, etc and they give you the Money Order with all the information on it. With this location, you write in the information on a piece of paper then they process it where it gets printed. I don't mind it, but it could hassle some people if they know the clerk can save them an extra step to do. Even though they did this extra step, I probably got in and out within this bank, maybe within 5 - 7 minutes? They have an outside ATM near the building, but you have to get out of your car to use it. Speaking of ATM's, the only thing that is very odd about this location is that there is no drive-thru ATM's, even though you can tell there was a spot for one and they said: "Nah, we don't need it."”
