I've had the privilege of enjoying their banking services all of my life and have traveled quite extensively. I can say in all honesty, that aside from my family's home branch on Walnut Street in Philadelphia, the Abacoa Branch instills in me that same feeling of familiarity and friendliness. The entire staff greets me by name when I enter and are always so engaging, professional and polite. I can not recommend this Location and it's staff enough. Very well done, PNC. You've created the best Branch location in Palm Beach County.”

“My bank was bought out a couple of years ago, and the new bank was abysmal, with inadequate staffing, long lines, mysterious computer errors which were always in the banks favor and took weeks to resolve, etc. I was searching for an alternative when I came across PNC Bank because my mother banks there, so I made the switch. I could not be happier with the service and professionalism at PNC! Ruben, Kay and the teller staff always seem like they are just waiting for the chance to serve me. They are very efficient and well informed about their banking products, and have gone out of their way to help me to set up accounts, lines of credit, debit card and safe deposit box. They have show genuine concern for Mom's dementia by brainstorming with my brother and me to adapt her account servicing to her special needs, and later by integrating a power of attorney at our request. This is the best bank I have ever dealt with, hands down!”

“I had to get a Money Order for an apartment and came here to get it. For one, the Money Order charge costs $5, you can pay it with cash or tie it to your checking/debit card which you used for the Money Order. At most Chase Banks do it straight through the printing process to cut down on an extra step where you tell the clerk how much, etc and they give you the Money Order with all the information on it. With this location, you write in the information on a piece of paper then they process it where it gets printed. I don't mind it, but it could hassle some people if they know the clerk can save them an extra step to do. Even though they did this extra step, I probably got in and out within this bank, maybe within 5 - 7 minutes? They have an outside ATM near the building, but you have to get out of your car to use it. Speaking of ATM's, the only thing that is very odd about this location is that there is no drive-thru ATM's, even though you can tell there was a spot for one and they said: "Nah, we don't need it."”

“I visited the drive-through portion of this BB&T the other day and a very nice woman helped me. She laughed, kept things light, and was very pleasant. My deposit was quick and painless. Thank you! I've been inside this location in the past and found it clean and modern. This branch location is East of I-95 on Indiantown Road. If you are a BB&T banker, this branch is the closest to hit if you are transferring between I-95 and the Turnpike. I first opened a BB&T bank account when they were the official campus bank of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. Eventually, my student pricing ran out, but now I am charged $5/month for basic checking maintenance, which undercuts the monthly fees of many of the other brick-and-mortar bank chains. I mostly use their App for transactions, but it's nice that the Jupiter area has more than one location to choose from.”

“I opened their promotional CD with 5.5% online. About a week or so I received a letter for the CD account confirmation with blank interest rate and other boxes I need to fill in. I went to TD Bank, I was told I'm only getting 1% interest rate for 1 year because I don't have a checking account. Felicia helped me out and waived the $50 penalty for early withdrawal. If I didn't visit and waited 1 year for maturity that's the only time I would know that it's only giving me 1% interest rate. TD Bank online should have a big pop up stating that if I continue I will only get 1% without a checking account. The online version of this promotional CD rate is very deceiving! I'm giving 5 star only for Felicia who helped me withdrew my money and waived the $50 penalty. Thank you Felicia for a wonderful service. If ever I decided to bank with TD bank in the future, it would be because of you.”
