I buy most of my clothes there because they carry inventory that is otherwise difficult to find at reasonable prices and a loyalty program. The employees are ALWAYS super nice and they most of the time remember me. And I always have people stop me to compliment my outfit and I always tell them I got it at Hot Topic.
