“I only go in here to please my teen daughter. She likes the style of the clothes. Only one person offered any assistance to find items. The young woman who seemed to be in charge was wearing the skimpiest top I've ever seen. Almost had a nip slip. As a mom, I wanted to offer her my jacket. The staff seemed more interested in each other and in looking cool than in helping customers.My daughter got jeans that she was happy with, so mission accomplished.”

“Today I went into Francesca’s at the Jensen mall and let me tell you they have so many things that are sooo cute and a lot of variety. Since I was so undecided I thought of asking the girl that was there name natalia she was so helpful, great attitude I’m saying that cause is hard to find good people this days but she was the best and her knowledge was great and kind. I will recommend her and the store also GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will come back and look for her for sure.”

In a time when most stores are short staffed and some of the staff that we encounter are less than enthusiastic, it was refreshing. “Let me start by saying first the customer service from this employee name Ray was outstanding, the product was exactly what I was looking for. My husband and I were so pleased with the hospitality we received from him. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect outfit. We were very impressed with the quality of service we received and the product we bought, we felt like Royalty yall. We told him it was my birthday let me tell you, he made it his business to dress me up even though it was close to closing time and he was very patient. Whenever you go there ask for Ray, he's the guy you want to help you.”
