Joseph, the manager at this store is extremely professional and friendly, and treats his customers like they are honored guests in his store. UPS needs to find guys like Joseph for their other stores.

So far the service is good but... Some of the staff are un knowledgeable. Regarding business of shipping and mailboxes. The manager is very good to get it done

Always relieves my anxiety when I go in with several boxes. The return machine is absolutely amazing. Joseph is a wizard, he'll get you all taken care of with ease.
