“From the moment I called the 800 number and spoke with Kristian through my visit to the facility and dealing with the onsite manager, Donette….I could not have asked for a more positive experience. She is the most helpful, friendly, caring person you’ll find. I rented a parking spot for a camper. She took me to the spot. She took me through the route. I should drive it in and out. Explained everything to me was very very helpful. She is an excellent Representative for the company and hopefully much appreciated by management and owners. It’s rare to find someone these days that truly cares and she does. I am not one that’s easy to please. They were both as friendly as you could possibly ask for, knowledgeable, helpful and just downright good people.”

“We have had a storage unit here for 2 years. EVERY time I called the customer service was amazing!! All staff have been professional and helpful. The building, storage unit, and surrounding area have always been very clean. I have visited the unit on different days and at different times and have always felt safe. I recommend this place. The only thing I didn’t like was the prices kept going up. But I guess that is true of everything these days. Again, the people who work here are great!”

“This is a good central location for a U-Haul. Rates are reasonable for all units types. They did a recent remodel on the ground floor to remove the 4x5 box units and replaced them with much larger units. Good staff always willing to listen and help.Only real downside is the small parking lot for rentals and renters. One elevator in the building. Plus you need to be aware of foot traffic in immediate area.”
“If you are looking for a 5-star, 10/10 experience, please, do not look further. I was looking for large boxes with odd dimensions for my mirror. Corrie K. did an excellent job facilitating the boxes I needed. The whole situation required thinking outside the box. We thankfully landed on an expandable television box that was able to hold 3 of my awkwardly sized mirrors! Corrie also noticed I didn't have the right vehicle to transport my boxes and went above and beyond to get the boxes to my place safely. I can not thank you enough for how you show up to work, Corrie!”
“I consider myself a very honorable person but I was disappointed to learn that the U-Haul representative was required to take a photo of me which I feel was intrusive.Had we been told this during the reservation phase I would have declined and rented elsewhere. I will not be returning to any U-Haul locations for this reason.”

“We were at the U - Haul Center off of Main St. heading towards Pecan Park Rd and Jacksonville Airport..
When we went in to get the rental equipment to hook up to the back of our Jeep Grand Cherokee to tow behind our truck.. We had already gotten cash for the Rental Equipment, only to find that we should have left some money in the account for the rental Fee..
Everyone at the location was as nice as could be except for all the other phone calls that were constantly coming in on the phone while she was talking to us both times when we were there.”

“Great customer service & very clean. When they noticed I was having trouble getting into the storage place, after verifying my identity, they helped get me checked in, so I could get to my stuff. Also, very clean (no bugs, rodents, nor dropings) and neat. Bathrooms are also well maintained. I only wish they had a dumpster for trash.”

“My van broke down right off of exit 262b and I called this uhaul on a holiday weekend at 12:30. Lauren answered the phone and was the MOST HELPFUL AMAZING HUMAN. She gave us directions to pick up the car trailer and told us if we couldn't find the building to call and she would flag us down. Lauren helped us hook the trailer up, make sure the lights were working, and was so pleasant. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this uhaul and how helpful Lauren has been to us.”

I have been to the other 2 locations on st johns bluff and they are both rude and unhelpfull . they neither have enough trucks but this location has always had what i need when i have needed a special size truck that day with no notice .great customer service and always have enough trucks.”
