“Pinky Thomasson was extremely good at what she does! We came in to the store and asked for a Verizon Home Internet service and she helped us out getting them set up in our trailer in Middleburg. She went above and beyond helping us get our Internet connection early morning today. We are super happy with our new Internet service and Pinky made it all worked perfectly. We also decided to switch our 2 phone lines from T-Mobile and started using Verizon Wireless. Me and my Wife are very pleased with Pinky’s great customer service! We owed money in the previous carrier and she explained that Verizon will help us with those using the Switcher Cards promotion. I cannot believe we are saving so much money switching to Verizon service and getting such reliable service everywhere.V/RFred and Pat”

“First of all let’s gets something square away. I know that I am talking to much but it my post and my opinion so don’t like it that’s okay. I will be happy not to have to deal with any more drama from people who have judgmental opinions on this topic matter. My opinion is what matters most of all. Kendrick was absolutely amazing and help me brainstorm and brain that this is a well deserved process and I’m very grateful for his support good work ethics on point. Also this wasn’t my first time or second time I really stopped attempting what I needed to do but it was absolutely amazing and pleasure to have been able to get such a very versatile, kind and patience of Job in the Bible for me it was awesome. person because my suffers from all 2 counts of ADHD was so plus so i wasn’t able to brain my brain so, kudos to kenderick lamar Just kidding. Amazing I’m so switching to boost mobile this month this month by the 31st of January if all goes well I’m switching to boost. So sorry MetroPCS but they have the better plan and phones. So upgrade me so. And the manager was amazing too a little too saucy with his lip service but he was so good to work with him once I understood what he was attempting to handle the issues with the phones. Kudos Kenrick. Lamar and manager John. You thought I was going to forget the name your name eventho I didn’t hear you tell me the first time but not even when I came back you never said your name but kenderick Lamar did. Just kidding but not on the customer service care in explaining to people with disabilities and needs help to brainstorm but end the end after all of this I’m still coming back to you for your advice feedback help and brainstorm when I get there. I found all of this to be true when working with Jason recently. My desktop computer crashed, and the mother board was severely damaged. The hard drive contained all my business records for 7 years – so yeah, really valuable data.Jason’s first attempt to find the data was unsuccessful. But he did not give up and did some deep scans and after a week he was able to recover all of the data. Jason’s customer service in a word; Tenacious. He just wouldn’t give up. “Excellent customer service, the young woman who assisted me, very friendly, cheerful, helped me, offered me the best offer, very attentive and helpful. That same day I went into another ATT store on 103RD and the young woman who was there didn't look at me or ask me what I needed, she was just playing with her cell phone and laughing the least she cared about was what I went to get. But when I entered the Normandy store, it was totally different, they quickly attended to me and what we did, the changes and so on with the cell phones, really helped other people. The young woman who helped me does an excellent job, knows her job and represents her company very well.”

“I usually go to the Monument location but since the Manager was not there I decided to go to the Beach location to get the help I needed with my current phone and possibly get a new one. I was greeted by Lizbeth and Rosalba and while explaining my phone issues Vanessa the area Manager came out to assist me.Customer service A+, Problem solving A+. I like the fact that I was there for a while and never felt like a number and all 3 were very attentive to my needs and concerns. “As always, Freddie Jones (manager) was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He helped my sister transition from an existing complex phone situation to a new phone that was just her size. And without all the runaround and checking this and that. I asked multiple questions and Freddie knew all the answers, which kept our visit pleasant.Every time I’ve been into an AT&T store, I was there for at least an hour or 2 for no reason at all it seemed, as the representatives had to keep asking the manager the answer to any question I had, and I ended up not even getting billed correctly.The other 2 staff members were very hospitable and even gave us water bottles from their personal supply. “I actually ended up buying a phone. The sales team was super. At first I thought I wanted one particular phone so they called around and found one at one of their stores and had them hold it for me. Then I changed my mind and got a different one and after purchasing it they set everything up for me and showed me how to work all the bells and whistles. Also cricket is having a huge sale right now and you can get 5G phones for free for switching to them and bringing your phone number with you. I mean they have Samsung's Motorola's iPhones all of that either free or really low cost for switching right now. And if you have EBT or any government program like that you get $30 off your plan per month. The $60 plan which includes HBO Max unlimited high speed data.. high speed being the key words here, of course unlimited talk and text, HBO Max and all sorts of perks. So if you have automatic payment taken out of your bank $9 off a month if you have EBT $30 off of that a month so if you do automatic withdrawal with EBT you're looking at like a $21 a month phone bill for all of that and you can't beat that with a stick.”
