“Stellar experience! Yesterday, I took my mother to get labs drawn. With an appointment, it took less than five minutes from the time we entered the door. The gentleman at the front desk was cheerful, kind, and very efficient. The office is clean, bright, and comfortable. The phlebotomist, Kim, has a delightful and sweet personality, but more importantly her blood-draw skills are exceptional. My mother has frequently experienced very difficult/painful blood draws at her usual draw site, the last time she left with a massive hematoma. The draw by Kim was painless, easy, and quick. I typically only make the effort to write reviews for service that is excellent and our experience yesterday was exactly that. Thank you so much!”
“Beware! COVID PCR test was billed to me with Aetna insurance at $3,125 for a single test! The lab has yet to return calls to me or Aetna, who would like to negotiate in network coverage with them. The Aetna rep told me it’s the highest bill they’ve ever seen for a COVID test. My entire family’s labs were sent to this lab from MedOne in St Augustine. We were not advised that this would be out of network or not covered under the CARES Act. Almost $10k in bills for 3 COVID tests and a lot of stress. Perhaps the BBB will be able to summon a response from Florida Labs.UPDATE: The bill was cancelled. Still a lot of stress for no reason but thankfully we aren’t paying for the crazy expensive testing.”

He was so efficient and kind. And even helped me when there was an issue with my script. I quite literally want to go NOWHERE else ever again. I may be his biggest fan.”

“I wanted to thank Regina, the nurse that did our in-home exam. Not only was she kind and efficient, but she also was great with my boyfriend who is Deaf. She knew some basic American Sign Language (ASL) and wrote down questions and comments on paper to ensure he understood everything that as going during the exam.
Her professionalism really stood out to us. Not many in the medical field know how to respectfully communicate with Deaf patients. Thanks again Regina!”
“Have you ever been sitting, and waiting to be checked in and the coworkers are mingling and usually dishing drama and trashing folks?...THESE LADIES ARE THE OPPOSITE. 100%.I checked in and immediately was greeted by the friendliest group of women at 6AM Y’ALL. 6:00AM. After I was checked in I sat and while I waited I overheard a somewhat personal conversation - followed by a barrage of empowering comments, compliments, uplifting conversation, and supportive words. Encouraging and wholesome positivity is just exuding from these incredible women. It’s like nothing I’ve ever experienced. I rarely write reviews but; I absolutely had to mention this. I wish I got names. This is the first time I’ve ever left a healthcare facility thinking “gosh Id love to hang out here...”. It made my whole day better and encouraged me to put more positivity myself out into the world. Not one ounce of negativity came from these wonderful humans.You never know how your vibe/energy or just out loud conversations effect the people around you. “The drs at the towncenter office are condescending and judgemental. My husband has been bounced to so many different drs bc their staff keep quitting. Lack of compassion and inconsistent care are overwhelmingly obvious. Go to Baptist if you want doctors that care about your health.Specifically, if you have to use St.Vincents, do not choose Dr. Subashini Anand. She has the bedside manner of someone who should never, ever practice medicine.”
“I went to the facility for an X-ray, check in was prompt, the tech was very nice & professional, the facility was nice & clean! Not a long wait at all. Love the convenience of this facility being close to home for X-rays or the emergency room. Definitely would visit again.”
“My kid’s pediatrician sent us to Quest for blood work. They have no appointments for months out. So we went and sat for a half a day. The nurse came out and told us to come back tomorrow. There is no way! So I called Drs Choice First for blood work. They sent someone to me within a few hours. It’s was so easy and affordable! I will never use anyone else. I highly recommend them for all your phlebotomy needs. Thank you so much!”

“We had such a great experience at Wolfson’s Children’s Lab! Check-in was super easy, and we were brought right back with no wait. Our lab tech, Sabrina, was absolutely wonderful—so friendly, patient, and amazing with my newborn. It was truly the easiest lab experience I’ve ever had and exactly what you would hope for when visiting a children’s lab. Highly recommend!”
“Next time I go, I need the get the name of the lady who did my labs and update the review but she was absolutely wonderful. I have really small veins so I get super anxious because sometimes they miss the vein but she got it right away and talked to me throughout to distract me. The results were back the next day!”

I never asked appt because im always waiting. When I walk in ifs its backed up I leave. Lol u have to know when to go. Worst part is how early they close. My God if u have a job this close at 230 makes it so hard on ya.”

After I checked in, it was about 5 mins before I was called to the back. The lab technician was fast, professional, just all around nice gentleman. I had a great experience and would definitely come back here again if I needed to.”
