“I had a labs appointment at 8:10am today. Checking in was super easy when you came in. Prob had to wait around 15-20 mins before being called. Once called the process took about 15 mins. Left at 8:45am. Not too bad. The only feedback was that there was no personal “beside manners” from the tech or doctor. I didn’t even know their names or a simple intro or “how’s your day going”. Just straight to business. But they were efficient and got me in and out quickly and without any issues. Which I prefer over being there longer than needed. The phlebotomist seems like she was new as the doctor was teaching her about procedures and stuff. But she was good when it came to draw my blood and i didn’t feel anything.”

“Make an appointment! I got in sat down and went right in even though the waiting room was full. The tech was super friendly. I will say that older people going don’t know how to use the app - I am 59 and I had trouble. I finally called and called and got the sweetest young lady. But they really need a quest helper in the lobby… a tv is going saying if you walk in call 888-???, and parity appointment go first but unless your sitting right under the tv in a wheelchair like I was you don’t listen. I did help an older couple download the app and give them the phone # that I called. This quest was new. Smelled great and clean. Got my results the next day. Plenty of parking. Only negative- the doors are really heavy and no handicap button. So unless a friendly stranger helps or you’re packed with muscles…that was my only complaint.”
