I would give them 0 stars if I could. The website allowed us to book a car at this location, but when we arrived, there was a sign on the door that said they were closed. Totally irresponsible.

This location off Wolf Bay drive...was above and beyond ?? customer service was top notch,no long wait and had a car ready.had a crazy day and enterprise was not expecting even though state farm called.. but this location again was a very blessed experience ☺️☺️☺️ again thank you will be back

Singular staff member was fine. But with confirmed booking from Hertz showed up to no cars. Why the heck can we make a reservation and have no cars available. Cue the Seinfeld episode! So disappointed.
