Jermaine’s customer service went above and beyond. He was showing off the product that cleans shoes, and voluntarily cleaned both of my shoes perfectly. KEY was the young man who helped us this past Wednesday. It was almost closing time, but he didn't rush us and made sure all of our needs were met!! He definitely deserves a raise for Grade A customer service!!

Amazing manager, that I sadly forgot the name of! I think he's a new manager. He went out of his way to make sure my online order got to my hands even though there were issues with the delivery. He personally went to get it at the Post Office!
