Had neighbor stop to pick up package from FedEx and they refused to release the shipment, after providing all necessary credentials.On site associate rude, ignored, and walked away from neighbor, when questioned about the issue.

All I can say it must been the manager that helped me. He wasn't friendly and acted like I was a bother for him to help me!! Not a welcoming place
