The manager of Discount glass company , Lisa is a very rude person very argumentative and plain nasty, the company shd review the recorded conversation ( that is if it is recorded as she claimed,) she needs to to be retrained on how to be professional and not a street talker, her nasty attitude reflects on the company... read full comment
