“I had the rear window (tailgate) of my 2019 Mazda CX-5 replaced on 3/18/24 at my home in Lakeland. The technician, Dwayne, did an excellent job. He called me in the morning to confirm and give me a time estimate, and then he called again when he was 15 minutes out. He was very professional and did an extremely thorough and clean job. I was surprised by the complexity of the job in that there were so many sections of trim that had to be removed to fully expose the window. I would definitely use this service again and I would definitely ask for Dwayne. Of course I hope to never need to.”

“They had installed my driver door window. About a week ago. I haven’t put a review cause I wanted to see how it was for a few days. What I will say, it was good. I have no problem with it and it’s as is nothing happened to my car (2023 Mazda3 Sedan). Since my car had broken glass cause it was broken into. The two workers also did a courtesy to vacuum the shattered glass. For that, I will call them again and again for any of my glass problems and I will recommend anyone this place cause they came to me. No hassle, no problem. Thank you guys again”

“(I'm late writing this review !)I tee'd up my insurance claim and within 15 minutes, these guys phoned me to say they had my request and scheduled my repair.Justin arrived on time, did a great job explaining what was going on. I'm pretty chatty and super OCD about my car, so I had a lot of questions. When the new windshield was placed one (of 8) of the clips that held the trim pieces broke. My car is 9 years old and this is the third time my windshield has been replaced, so not surprised this clip broke. Instead of doing without one of the clips, Justin worked to find new clips. With none available quickly, he made plans to get the new clips and return the next day. I was impressed ... he could have just gone on and used one less clip, but instead he did the repair the right way, went out of his way to get new clips, even though it meant a return trip.Super job ... I recommend these guys and would use them again. Thanks Justin for a great repair !”

“The women who took my reservation for service was amazing. Very professional and perfect customer service. I felt like she valued my business. When I brought my vehicle in for service they were very busy (they have been on my two previous visits as well)The guys at the reception desk are so busy they can’t be properly attentive to Customer’s coming in the door. They don’t acknowledge you until it’s “your turn”. The man who met with me just said what’s up? A customer greeting should be more like how can I help you today. Maybe work with the onsite workers about how to greet and speak with customers. I got the vague feeling that it was irritating to work with me but it’s because they are so busy. It also made me feel a little weird when he said they almost didn’t service my car because it was the afternoon. I did have an appointment. My onsite person was very friendly later in the day at pick up time. He wasn’t as rushed. So my only complaint is that the onsite team should speak to customers more professionally. Try to make the customer feel like their business is valued and that you have time to speak with them. The work appears to have been done properly as far as I can tell.Professional customer service has really fallen off in America these days. So it would be very easy to rise above competitors with good customer service. I want to do business where I feel welcome and not rushed. Thanks”

“Someone broken into my car busted the rear passenger window. A friend recommended auto glass now, Called the next day and set up an appointment. The installer Elijah came to the complex where I lived and put in a new window like in less than 30 minutes. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. “A rock had hit the bottom of my windshield while on the highway. Dang it. I went into my Progressive app to file a claim to get it fixed and their default company is Safelite. I didn't have a problem with this at all. I DID have to schedule someone to come to my job to repair the star-shaped crack a week out. I wasn't happy about this but I felt that because where the crack was it would be fine for awhile. Scheduling was easy and I received notifications and service reminders up until Tyler the tech called me stating he was on his way. I met with him outside my job and he was kind and professional. He let me know ahead of time that because of the location of the crack there's a chance that an attempt to fill it in will cause it to spread so he gave me the option to try to fill it in or just schedule a replacement. I went with trying to fill it in. About 15 mins later, Tyler called me and I came back out to the car and he told me that when he was almost done a new crack started spreading so he stopped and at that point the windshield needed to be replaced. He scheduled it right on the spot and I chose the date, which was the following week unfortunately. He told me what he did this day will hold until it's replaced but if it spreads more give him a call. It didn't but Tyler called me a few days later to make sure that everything was ok. I appreciate that.I only found out recently about the overwhelming negative reviews of this place so going in I was worried about my fairly new car getting messed up by not having the glass properly sealed or my safety features no longer working. I received a call, an email and a text reminding me of my appointment so that's good. When I got there I checked in about 15 mins before my appointment. The tech came up to me at my appointment time and took the keys from me. I got a text 5 mins later that my windshield replacement was starting. I originally was going to drop it off but because they had WiFi I decided to hang around and work from there remotely. The job was going to take about 3 hours anyway.WiFi was working ok so I turned on my VPN and remoted into work and then it dropped down. They have coffee and water, vending machine, restrooms, and a tv in the waiting area.About 1 hour and 40 mins later I got a text saying that they were wrapping up my recalibration. They brought my car around gave me some tips on when to take my car to a car wash, and when I could put tint back on it, then I was on my way. I was waiting for the day that I would have leaks whether from air or water but so far so good.”
