“Outstanding staff at the pick-up booth in the garage. I forgot to add child safety seats to my reservation, and the staff were super quick getting those added for me. Also, the Emerald aisle was well stocked with a good variety of cars and SUVs.”

“The “check engine oil” light came on while driving it and Alamo gave me an option to get a different vehicle or go get the oil changed with them to reimburse me for the cost. I got the oil changed and Alamo took care of it at checkout. Very good.”

“This specific location was absolutely AMAZING. The girls in here were beyond helpful. There were issues w cars going out before my reservation so that when I got there they didn't have what I reserved. The girls went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle that was an upgrade and didn't charge me for the upgrade. Also, when I was leaving they were on the phone w other enterprise companies to get in more cars to accommodate the people in the store. Everyone was so pleasant. I will only rent from this location when we come to Jackson from now on. Way better then the other ones around here.”

“Chandler and his two amazing staff members on duty last Friday, July 26th (1pm) were EXEMPLARY in a difficult situation! They were in the midst of a rental car shortage thanks to the Microsoft outage that caused many flights to be canceled. Add to that a sudden recall on minivans which took hundreds of them out of the fleet. The phone was constantly ringing and the waiting room was full of people finding their same-day reservations wouldn’t be happening (there were no cars to give) and those of us with earlier reservations were dealing with delays, yet these three staff members remained unwaveringly friendly, smiling and professional the entire time I was there witnessing the car shortage crisis unfold. You’d never have known there was a crisis at all to watch and listen to these three work! Nothing but love and respect for this location and this crew!!! ?”
“Love enterprise....just wish I could get the EXACT vehicle I'm willing to spend my hard earned money on renting. If you reserve a Chevy Suburban weeks in advance but the day of renting you get there and get a Hyundai Sonata then that's a little nerve wrecking and discouraging to the point where you hesitate to conduct future business with the company. Other than that I love enterprise.”

Jake Ward the assistant manager that had assisted me and was extremely helpful, personable and pleasant. A simple process was made into a great experience and Jake really wanted to ensure we were set up well for our trip ahead. This location was further from me than intended but I would definitely make the drive again to this location.”
“The staff was very kind and prompt. Shelly drove me home after returning a car and we had a very great convo.
My only non positive mention is the building is shared with another company so it was only a little confusing when you pull in. There's a big sign that has enterprise on it, but I didn't see it on the building itself. The enterprise window is right inside and you see it immediately tho.”

“Jax Fiat is actually Jacksonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat, and Fiat is obviously the red-haired stepchild in that deal. This is a big dealership, and it's run like a little factory; effectively but somewhat impersonal. I am more in favor of smaller dealerships, but that's my preference and not something I can fault this place for. I will keep going there for as long as I have the Fiat and they keep providing the parts and service. I give them four stars, because to get to the size they are they must be doing something right. I'll keep the fifth star because they are too big for my liking.”
