“Just had my car in for 30, 000 mile service, and it was a great experience. Got a thorough video while technician reviewed the undercarriage of the car and we kind of knew that we needed some fairly major work but only work that would be expected at 30,000, mi and especially driving the New Jersey roads. We had just gotten back from the vacation. Extremely transparent, fair, efficient. I can't say enough about Tom Bush, Mazda City Orange Park and also Jennifer who is the service person for the repair department who was keeping us up to date on the progress. We even got a brand new Mazda CX-5 as a loaner for 3 days at no cost of course. So I'm very happy that the car has many, many more enjoyable miles ahead. We love our CX-5. I also received the follow-up and the thank you from the manager of the service department.
I had my 35000 mile check up and this dealership continued to please me on all fronts. I am happy that they improved their phone system too, to enable to reach the right department. Jennifer Gonzalez Rubio is an excellent service coordinator and goes out of her way to please. Great disposition too!”

“Good morning thank you for a good experience Friday October 25th I came in about 8:30 that morning when I walked in I was surprised because the office was cleaned and Pleasant, I have brought plenty of cars at this establishment in the past and it was not a good experience so I started taking my cars to the dealership due to management ; your manager Mr Williams showed professionalism as he spoke to a customer before me I was just coming in to get a oil change and I don't feel comfortable having anyone touching my car besides the dealership at that time he reassured me that he will do the oil change himself to ease my worry. As a woman this day and age we have to be very careful of being taking advantage of I felt I was in good hands and I want to thank your company for hiring a manager like Mr Williams, he could have been like any other managers that you have had in the past and just allow anyone to to work on my vehicle the trust that he gave me put me at peace knowing my daughter and I will be headed out of town that weekend; thank I will tell my friends about my experience .
Mr. Williams working in customer service for 25 years you can't please everyone it will always be someone that is not pleased or satisfied with the service they receive just keep being you as a person stay calm and keep being professional thank you for giving me a piece of mind thank you.

“I came into Tire Kingdom in need of help with my tire. I called ahead of my appointment and I was assured by Q that I could be seen ASAP and they would be able to assist. I was pressed for time and needed service handled immediately. Q was an obliging person with a fantastic service! Overall I couldn’t have been more please with Tire Kingdom they helped me where FireStone told me they wouldn’t be able to help until later that day. The cost of having my tire looked at was inexpensive and everything handled with speed. Hands down I give Tire Kingdom 5 stars! They are the best!”

From the moment I called an hour before closing to ask if they could look at my tire, and they were so warm and willing to assist, to when I got there and they quickly got started with patching my tire. “Jeff and the guys at Sandalwood Car Care have had my 2010 F-150 since I bought it used in 2020. This is a special truck to me because I got it for a great deal, it was well maintained, and it had super low miles. They have been the only mechanics to service my truck since the first day I brought it to them. They always keep it real and never try to upsell me. Some issues cant be totally diagnosed in one visit and they keep it fair with me if I am coming back for a reoccurring issue. Its an old truck. I try to do as much work as I can, but there are some repair jobs that I don’t have the proper tools or experience to tackle. The mechanics at Everything Automotive are highly skilled and experienced. I had stripped threads on the Garrett 1446 turbo of my Fiat 500 Abarth. An amateur job would have risked parts and labor for a new turbo. Instead, the mechanics had the repair completed properly in less tha 2 hrs. at a very reasonable cost! Highly recommend!”
