“Very happy here, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else! The views are 10/10; the river and the dolphins swimming outside my balcony are the first things I look forward to every day. Amenities are excellent: Sky Lounge, Sky Gym, Sky pool, EV charger(S). There's some nice ambient scents in the leasing office I enjoy when I swing by to jack drinks from the mini-fridge. Hallways always smell fresh, and cleaning staff keeps things tidy. Maintenance is quickly responsive to tickets. I wish these were rent-to-own! Took me about 5 minutes into my property tour to make my decision. Thanks to Chad and the team, keep it up!”
“I had the opportunity to tour an apartment with Brandy and it was great! The apartment was beautiful and they had very unique amenities, like their 2 story gym and Pac-Man machine. Brandy was very friendly, and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, provided alternatives, and even offered to email and ask someone else when she didn’t have an answer. I will be reaching back out to her when it’s time for me to search for an apartment.”

“My mum has been living here for about 20 years. We have seen the office staff come and go. My mum loves it here. Sometimes the elevator does not work but as soon as anything is reported to the office, someone investigates. Mother Donna interacts with the staff and has only pleasant things to say. The place is kept clean and the security is good. Rules are made about letting outsiders in and sometimes the rules are broken by the residents but mostly they look out for each other. I wld recommend Rosalind Villas to anyone needing a nice lace to live ??”
“Our experience at The Reef apartments has been wonderful from our first tour to move in, The apartments are well appointed and tastefully designed. The amenities are exceptional but the views are the real star! Waking up to the sun rising over the pond is priceless.

“MAA 220 Riverside is so clean and is perfect in location. Today I went to tour the complex looking at 2 bedrooms and studio apartments. They have all the amenities you could want including fitness center, pool, grilling area with outdoor mini fridges, pet spa, etc. The fitness center is 24/7, internet is included with the trash valet & community amenities fee. The specials they have going on are great such as one month for free! Packages are delivered right to your door. Parking garage is available to safely park underneath the building.
Petra Novak was our leasing consultant that showed us around. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I only scheduled to look at 2 bedroom apartments but at the last minute I asked if I could look at the studio and she happily obliged. I would highly recommend working with her and I look forward to working more with her in the future when I am ready to start applying/moving in!”

“Moved here last year from Potenza across the street and am BEYOND happy with that decision.
For about the same price, we get a much more spacious (and CLEAN!) apartment, with a garage and updated appliances (stainless steel everything in the kitchen).
I live on the second floor and have never had an issue with noise, besides hearing my neighbors' music sometimes but never past 9-10PM.
In the past year, they have kept the community looking beautiful (more so than the folks across the street) and maintenance shows up when requested.
We just resigned our lease for 12m, and thankfully the rent stayed the same from our first 15m lease.
Really, the only con is the small gym offered!”

Apartment had nice amenities but could use some more kitchen utensils for cooking and at least one more chair in den area. Also would be good to offer some handicap bars in the shower and toilet area (especially for post surgery short term rehab patients at Mayo or other medical facilities in the Jacksonville area.
No issues with coordinating move in or out with Corporate Suite Shoppe. Very helpful people.”

Brittany/Bri (Leasing Professional) was very polite and professional responding to our questions/comm/con in a timely fashion. This could not be more appreciated and reduced much stress as we were seeking Off-campus Housing for our new to UNF student. We visited many other apartments offered through UNF off campus housing portal ultimately sticking with Drake at Deerwood. The Drake hands-down provided all or close to all of the amenities with reasonable monthly costs. However, Brittany was the driving factor that made The Drake remain number one on our list while we viewed others as she continues to be good natured and professional.”

“I hardly leave reviews but I felt compelled to do this one. This place is amazing and here is why: 1) the people that work here are caring. They have been working here for years and they take time to know you and really care about you. I signed the lease with Jill twice and she has been very kind to me. I can’t praise all of the staff enough. All of them have helped me in some way or another. 2) the facility amenities are in great shape and clean. You can walk into the bathroom in the gym every day and it is spotless clean! I really appreciate this because I am a clean freak. The pool is always looking beautiful and they give proper maintenance always. You should come look for yourself!! 3) The lake, OMG I feel blessed every day of my life when I wake up and look to the lake. My apartment view is lake front. This might not be a thing for you but I am a nature and animal lover and I appreciate the lake, the ducks that are so friendly, the turtles that come up to say hi ☺️. It is breathtaking. 4) The location. The school system was very important to me when making a decision on the lease, and I am confident I made the right choice. The school system is graded A, one of the best in the state.
Then why 4 starts instead of 5. Here is why: 1) I wish the appliances could be updated to a new style. The black style seems out of date. 2) There are roaches in my apartment and they have sent pest control but it didn’t do the trick so I went out myself and bought poison food strips and it seems to be working so far. I am absolutely terrified of roaches. I am in a war in my apartment but I am gonna win ??
I wish I could give 4.5 starts instead because the cosmetics is not deal breaker. I passed out on other apartments that are brand new construction for this place and I don’t regret one bit. The roaches can be an issue if it can’t be fixed but I am confident I am gonna win; after all, I pay rent and they don’t. ???

“My brother and his family recently moved into this complex and it the entire place has been kept clean. Security has improved under new management (about a couple of weeks now). The facilities in the club house is decent and the pool area is nice. One thing though is you cannot use outdoor grills and there is no grilling area in the outdoor space by the pool as well.”
“I moved in when the complex first opened up, lived here for a year, moving because I'm leaving Jacksonville. The facilities are nice & clean, amenities are great and maintenance is outstanding. My studio is perfect for a single person and the fact that my utilities were included is a plus. I even had my own washer! My only complaint is that the refrigerator is tiny and can only hold so much. Definitely worth checking out!”
“I just moved into Antlers Apartments a week ago and have been happy with my experience. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, with walk-in closet and full-sized washer and dryers. The community is also very safe and quiet, with a well-manicured lawn and plenty of parking. The staff is friendly, Wendi Loftus is amazing, she made the move-in process very easy and helped me thru every step. Overall, I would recommend Antlers Apartments, compared to other affordable apartments in the neighborhood, I checked all of them and went for Antlers. 4/5 stars.”
