Patrick, Madeline, Jennifer, and Rob were always quick to respond to my needs. As a female living alone who came home from work between 2-4am I always felt safe as well. “My partner and I recently moved here from out of state; from the very beginning, during the application process, (Brittany and Allison) made it very easy for us, from the walk thru, getting all required information to move in and Even now, while settling in, they have really made us feel welcome! The ladies in the office are super sweet and friendly! Allison had been wonderful, any questions or inquiries I've brought to her, she's gotten back to me almost immediately!So far, there have been two very minor things that required maintnence- I noticed right away Our dryer timer was not working, I reported it to the office and it was fixed the next morning! Yesterday on my way out for the day, I stopped in to notify the office that our balcony power outlet may have burned out, this was maybe around noon? By the time I got home from the store it had already been fixed! WOW! Talk about urgent matters!Additionally, They utilize their social media to give updates to residents, future residents, interacting with the community itself. There is a monthly newsletter and calendar showing all the fun events planned, from holiday parties, sip and paints, and, they have free breakfasts on certain days! They host local food trucks each week and do fun contests and giveaways.Last month I was the winner of their "date night" giveaway which was a basket filled with pasta, charcuterie, chocolates & a bottle of wine! (Pictured) it's safe to say, We are very happy with our move and we look forward to the months ahead living here. Thank you Banyan Bay for making our big move an easy and comfortable transition!”

And oh my stars, the amenities!!!! They are amazing- from the POOLS, GYM, TENNIS COURTS, clubhouses, movie theater, playground, to the dog park and mailboxes- all are beautiful!! Fort family has impeccable taste. Just look at that galleria clubhouse. Is it not stunning??!JOCELYN is the best manager EVER and runs this place with her heart, which makes it even more magical. We have only had a couple of maintenance issues over the past four years, and they have responded immediately. We blink, and it's fixed. Many thanks, JERRY and Blake, with maintenance!Whenever we see CARTEL walking around the community, he is always smiling and willing to help (which makes living here even more special). DICKY is so excited about the cabana club that his enthusiasm and love is contagious!!!! MATT is always professional and willing to help(And has the coolest socks)!! EAGLE EYE DENISE always has her eyes peeled on how to make cabana even more beautiful!!! AND MAC--talk about the pressure washer king!!! Mac makes the cabana club sparkle!!! MARY and the office staff are full of kindness and love. REGGIE keeps the pool spotless and gleaming.WE LOVE THE swimming POOLS!!!!!! ?♀️ ??♂️?♀️?♂️MIKE, MIKE C, and MASON keep the grounds prestine. BLAKE keeps our apartment maintained perfectly. It's such a beautiful place to live because of everyone who works here!! This has been an amazing experience that you don't want to miss!! “I have lived here since May 2020. I have no complaints . The office and management have been great . The apartments are bigger than most . When I moved in 2 yrs ago my apartment was extremely clean . Everything was in working order . The location is absolutely beautiful with huge gorgeous oak tees all over . The grounds are kept very well . I myself have no problems with any noise from other apartments . The pool area is beautiful . When you need light bulbs or filter for AC they give them to you no charge . My neighbors are great . When I call the office for any maintenance they are extremely quick to fix . My sister lives in same apartments and she loves them as well . She has had no problems .”

He was very friendly and well informed. I do have other properties to look over before the month is over but The Coast at Ponte Vedra is #1 on my list.”

“I'm giving this complex 4 stars in fairness, because the best pro is that it us by far the lowest best priced apartments on this whole east side in a good area, the biggest con is that the apartments aren't the nicest, and the maintenance guys are Terrible. They are lazy and hide out. It's hard to get them to come fix anything. It took my mom 1 month to get them to replace a sink that had a hole in it when we moved in. You have to way your priorities though, because there are nicer apartment complexes around here that have worse people in them and are more dangerous than here and this place will save you money compared to all the others, so choose your battles wisely. My advice is stay far away from country club lakes and park of milazzo! Those 2 are worse and more expensive!”

“I've lived here since February 2021, a few staff left and new staff came in. I don't mind the Enclave, I never had a problem with staff, I am having a problem with all these new people feeding the geese, and there's poop everywhere it's annoying at this point. But overall my apartment is clean, maintenance always come when I need them honestly. They've replaced my dryer and AC when it became broken. They're responsive to me, I have not had any thing stolen from my car so not sure wha that is about. But other than the geese feeding I recommend it. The dog park needs to be updated though, my dog got fleas from it, it was terrible. I definitely don't go there anymore and it's a hole underneath the fence for the dog so they can easily escape, that's the only downfall I have. And if you have insects they'll get the guy to come spray your place. He only comes certain days of the week but he'll come. Hope my review helps.”
“This is my first ever apartment. It’s close to the beaches and my workplace and I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. The rent is very inexpensive and the apartment itself has been very nice. It’s very clean as long as you keep yourself clean (which you should as a grown adult) and the neighborhood also seems to be very good for kids. I don’t have any kids of my own but it’s nice to see there’s a lot of family’s here.”
