Good :) old houses but fine. Until they did the housing market value basically month to month is full BAH, plus an insurance you have to pay! 12month lease almost full BAH, my house is like from the 60s. Sadly because inflation I had no choice, its a De-service to us active duty members.

The whole overall process from applying online to the move-in itself was smooth like butter. The staff is very responsive in a timely matter and not to forget, very hospitable and friendly! No cons, just a ton of pros!
