“I visited your facility while on vacation a few weeks ago (to compare the space to what we have here in MD) and I must say, Madison was exceptional in representing your company. Not only did he give me a breakdown of the options and how some of the storage spaces are used other than for storage, he also explained how to avoid having your items auctioned off. As a cherry on top, he recommended some very nice places for me and my children to visit while I was in town, such as the nearby beach and the pier for my son to fish. We ended up having a wonderful time.Madison's friendly demeanor and excellent customer service made me consider using a storage facility to run one of my businesses. He convinced me of the economical benefits and the exclusivity it provides. I'm glad I visited that day. It has genuinely changed my perspective on public storage. Thank you Madison.”

“Kept my stuff here for a few months and I’m glad I did! Located in a good area, gated off with your our pin to enter the storage area, and a lot of options for storage. Had a few tornado warnings and hurricane warnings and none of my stuff got wet or damaged with the crazy weather. Easy to set up and close out. Recommend keeping your things here!”
“I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage. I was assisted by a manager named Becka, who was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I am storing some odd-shaped and bulky things, and she recommended a unit that ended up working out perfectly. She saved me both a lot of hassle (if I had selected too small a unit) and a lot of money (if I had gotten a bigger one). You don't run across that kind of helpful customer service every day! Totally 100% recommend.”

“First day of my move I havent moved in just yet (long story) but so far and from past experience with public storage they are A1 top teir. Theyre easy to book a unit and even more easy to deal with when there are issues. I just spoke with melissa on the phone because I had a question about the location of the unit. I store a bike when I book them when im on jobs so this isnt my first rodeo. And she not only ensured me it was an outside unit because I wasnt sure from the map. She actualy went and looked and called me back and confirmed it is an outside unit. She honestly didnt have to do that but she did. Big kudos to her and the public storage company as a whole. The only issue i have with public storage and I understand it to keep people from living in the units is there are hours of access to your unit. Which keeps me from accessing my bike at 2 am for a night ride. Other then that anyone needed a unit should come here and if lucky enough have the pleasure of meeting melissa as i have.”

A true professional with a personal touch. I felt valued and safe with my choices to use Reliable. You here so many negative stories of movers not caring, loosing things so on and so forth. I was immediately pleased by how professional Anthony was when he came to my home. He made me feel confident that he was going to get the job done and it was going to be done right. I was introduced to TY and Isaiah and they both were as nice and professional. They all worked hard, fast and efficient. I had heavy solid wood furniture, piano and a hot tub and many tubs of household items. Not a light weight move. The team got it done. It was a 4hrs drive with an additional stop and they handled it beautifully. Very hard working conscience men. Thank you for making my move go so smooth.
