“I walked all over the big box store, looking for a hook blade for my utility knife. They had regular blades in several locations. Employees didn't even know what it was. I should have just started at Ace. Helpful employee and well arranged store.”
“The staff are extremely helpful. I went to buy a replacement rod for hurricane shutter, but the store does not carry the parts. One employee (I should have asked his name) replaced the broken part with a screw for me, which works perfectly. I am so glad to have the store in our neighborhood. Thank you!!”

“Amazing customer service! Had to bring the paint back multiple times to be tinted darker each time. They tinted and mixed without complaint! Had to have old paint cans, shaken before starting on a new project… Again, great customer service without complaint! This is one of my favorite paint places to go to!”
