“I went in to your store Saturday Jan 2nd around lunch time with my daughter. I make wooden American flags as a hobby and normally get my blue stain from Lowes, but they stopped carrying the clear tint water based stain. The brand they started carrying was taking too long to cover a good coat, the color wasnt quite as good as the old True Blue and it went on very thick. Needless to say, i was not a fan.I went in there and worked with Jay and Ryan, but Jay primarily. Let me tell ya about Jay.. dude is amazing first and foremost! I was telling the guys about my situation, and i had the mix codes from when i got my last good batch at Lowes, but they couldnt get it to come up in the system. No worries. I was still going to buy the base and find someone that could come up with the "True Blue" in their system. Jay said " you know you can go to the color wall and pick any color and we can mix it".. mind blown.I had always assumed i had to just pick from the colors of stain from the one area. With Jays help, i have the right base i need and a beautiful blue stain to use on my flags.Thank you so much Jay!I will be back for sure!”
