“I am a young looking 29-year-old female and I recently moved to Mary Esther from Memphis. On the way home from a trip to Memphis I hit something in the road and mess my wheel and tire up. It was a nightmare finding the wheel anywhere. Jerry’s used tire was not very helpful at all. They were very demeaning and passive aggressive to me, made me feel like I was ruining their day by asking questions because I don’t know much about cars and my dad isn’t in the best health. I was dreading calling back up to Jerry’s because they already got snappy with me on the phone before and now I was supposed to give them my tire size and I was guessing which set of letters and numbers it was on the tire.I decided to call Mary Esther tires instead, the lady on the phone was super nice and helpful and they gave me a great price of $90 to get the tire put on and mounted and balanced I will be using them in the future if need be.”
