Went there to fix a flat tire. One of the workers there does listen to instructions from the owner. Made a bigger hole on my tire from putting a plug. He had to start over and now he patch the tire like he was supposed to do in the beginning. The guy scratched my new rim. I saw him do it. I left the place very unhappy

Called 10 minutes before pulling in asking if they had time and availability to patch a tire, they said yes. 10 minutes later I’m at their shop and they tell me they have no availability.
