“Such a nice AND local crew! Super educated on the carts and fun places to go. Plus the carts are very nice and can get through thick sand no problem. But make sure you stay in the driving lanes and avoid water. They can go on the road too if you need to avoid a “no drive zone” and then get back down on the beach. We had a blast! Best day of vacation so far!!!”

“The rental agent was friendly and helpful. You can't rent from an easier airport than Daytona. The counter was closed for my early return flight but I had no trouble parking and leaving the keys in the box on the counter. All charges were as expected.”

“Thank you for the above and beyond service! The Daytona Beach Auto Mall location was very helpful and quick! The service at this particular location wasn’t a pleasant experience when I used their services there over a year ago. In fact, I slayed the repair shop online because they gave me a certain time slot to drop my car off and then get my rental. They messed up twice!! Wasting my time and mileage driving all the way over there from DeLand. I can honestly say that whomever got every facet of this business operating on point and the way it should be has done a fantastic turnabout, from the repair shop, service department and rental services. Sincere thanks to the whole team that works behind the scenes as well!!”
“My car was ready at 11:00PM as promised. The associate was so helpful and in great spirits given the hour. It took 5 minutes to checkout and I was off with my car. She also asked if I would like to pay for fuel ahead of time for an additional $49 or fuel up on the way back. Since it is an suv I opted for the $49. The car was immaculate and new. It drove so well.”
“Everything was good until the 1st rep. She told me she couldn't take my debit visa bank card with a reservation, After becoming a nervous wreck, calming down and going back, getting a different rep. He satisfied completely with an upgrade in cars and the drop-off point I initially requested. And excepted my card. I had just finished paying all my high interest credit cards off and refuse to get another. So beware for future reference. Most of these car rental places want a major credit card to rent. Personally, I don't get forced into having a major credit card. I doubt I'll be renting a car again because of this. Unfortunately.”

“I had an awful experience today with Hertz. Especially with their customer service representative on the phone However I'm giving the location a 5 star review because of the customer service was above an beyond at the site. I had trouble getting a rental I had booked and was in tears thinking my family and I would have to cancel our trip. A wonderful woman at the desk, deondra (I know I'm messing up the name) gave me helpful tips and was patient with me while we figured out options. Once everything was resolved She even gave me a hug realizing I was at my wits end. It's the little things that can heal an awful situation and make it that much better.”
“Can't beat the prices at Dollar car rental. The only thing is I constantly get a CRV crossover van. I stated I did not like them as I am only 5'2 I have a hard time seeing over steering wheels and blind spots I find a lot in these CRVs. I thought I rented a Toyota Corolla or something similar but I got an economy car nothing was power no power seats ridiculous I've never seen a seat go up that way will you have to pump a handle I had to go back inside to find out how to raise the seat. A whole lot full of cars and you think they could have found me something or even upgraded me if they had to to keep me happy. I am handicapped and it is very hard for me to climb up into trucks high vehicles. I hope next time I don't run into this problem. Customer service was great.”

“We had an accident and State Farm had Hertz as 1 of the rentals we could use. 2 times I used Hertz in Holly Hill Fl. Both times, the staff was friendly, polite, quick,& pick up/drop off service was excellent.!! The rental cars were clean,in great working condition , very,very nice vehicle's.. impressive. I rented a brand new Toyota Corrolla mileage under 50 miles....great car....I would recommend Matt & ladies in holly hill to All, and the Hertz brand to Everyone....Great carsand service...”
