“My car was ready at 11:00PM as promised. The associate was so helpful and in great spirits given the hour. It took 5 minutes to checkout and I was off with my car. She also asked if I would like to pay for fuel ahead of time for an additional $49 or fuel up on the way back. Since it is an suv I opted for the $49. The car was immaculate and new. It drove so well.”

“I drove up to Florida on a 17 hour car ride and had multiple bad experiences with car rental companies. On my way home from Florida, my boyfriend and I noticed when we got 30 minutes into our ride that the wheel was turning right in the car that we got at fort lauderdale airport even when we weren’t touching it and there was something wrong with the alignment. Also, you had to floor the break to get the car to fully stop. we stopped at multiple budget/avis trying to exchange the car and had no luck due to them not doing exchanges or no cars were available. We were scared to drive the car we had home in these conditions. We pulled up to this location at around 4:55 and Merqui greeted us with a friendly smile and helped us even though the store was closing soon. She was kind, understand, and quick. She was able to help us out no problem and even found out the car we were given at fort lauderdale airport needed an oil change as well. She gave us the best customer service we have ever experienced in the state of Florida and we are so grateful for her amazing help!”

“I had an awful experience today with Hertz. Especially with their customer service representative on the phone However I'm giving the location a 5 star review because of the customer service was above an beyond at the site. I had trouble getting a rental I had booked and was in tears thinking my family and I would have to cancel our trip. A wonderful woman at the desk, deondra (I know I'm messing up the name) gave me helpful tips and was patient with me while we figured out options. Once everything was resolved She even gave me a hug realizing I was at my wits end. It's the little things that can heal an awful situation and make it that much better.”

“Can't beat the prices at Dollar car rental. The only thing is I constantly get a CRV crossover van. I stated I did not like them as I am only 5'2 I have a hard time seeing over steering wheels and blind spots I find a lot in these CRVs. I thought I rented a Toyota Corolla or something similar but I got an economy car nothing was power no power seats ridiculous I've never seen a seat go up that way will you have to pump a handle I had to go back inside to find out how to raise the seat. A whole lot full of cars and you think they could have found me something or even upgraded me if they had to to keep me happy. I am handicapped and it is very hard for me to climb up into trucks high vehicles. I hope next time I don't run into this problem. Customer service was great.”

“Such a nice AND local crew! Super educated on the carts and fun places to go. Plus the carts are very nice and can get through thick sand no problem. But make sure you stay in the driving lanes and avoid water. They can go on the road too if you need to avoid a “no drive zone” and then get back down on the beach. We had a blast! Best day of vacation so far!!!”
