The process took a long time (due to several issues with the phones that were entirely out of her control) and she was really sweet and cheerful for the duration. “Izzy help me today with a problem I was having with my phone. She was so nice to put my favorite apt Tic Tok back on my phone. If I need help she gave me her card which I really appreciate good service. While I was there a couple came in an spoke spanish. Izzy was able to speak fluent Spanish to help them with their phones. This employee is an accet to your company.”
