She made me feel VALUED as if I was the only one there. I really appreciated it because I had a long, stressful day at work. Then I had this very GENUINE, KIND SWEET ENCOUNTER with Diana. I had questions about getting a new card because I misplaced my old one and she immediately called me in her office and assisted me. We had GREAT conversation, as if we've known each other FOREVER. I had a very STRESSFUL day, and this staff made me feel at home and SPECIAL. I had to express my APPRECIATION to these WONDERFUL LADIES, ESPECIALLY DIANA.
