“Several years ago a van backed into my car. One of the body shops recommended via my car insurance was Pro Collision Center in Hialeah. I then met Julio. I appreciated his knowledge, patience, and kindness. My car looked good as new. October, 2024 a truck hit my car. Back to Pro Collision of course. This time I met Rose who was very nice and extremely patient. Although the assessment of my car is totaled the Staff at Pro Collision was beyond helpful. I kept forgetting different personal things in the car Rose continued to help me. BEST PLACE EVER! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

Ariel is genuinely one of the most honest mechanics you can find. I took my 06 Passat there and it was in bad condition. He managed to fix it and even improve it over the week and we picked it up fresh and well. Never had a problem with it since. And when I needed help installing a radio, he helped me no questions asked and even offered to send me a list of parts for him to install a professional audio system within my budget after I told him I wanted to fix the cars broken speakers. Above and beyond customer service!
