Spoke with this bank about an error on a cashiers check via phone and was told he could correct it, so I drove 45 minutes only to arrive and be told they couldn’t correct what I specifically explained thoroughly not once but twice. This whole branch seems extremely unorganized.

Bad customer service, I don’t know how a bank can act this way. I highly recommend everyone close their accounts and switch to an institution with some integrity.
