Yvelania is great person, great customer services, attention to detail. My first time in truist I feel so so welcome. Persons like her it’s really hard to found for real. She need a raise for sure. ? I hard a really bad experience with WF and try to find another bank. No doubt.

Carlos was a great help when we learned that my husband account was hacked. The only issue we have is on the phone they transferred my husband three time instead of freezing the account right away. Not the first time that the phone experience was terrible.
