“I had an ongoing problem that could not be resolved via the internet or telephone. I visited this location and the service was excellent. I started with a teller who took the time to work with me. Queues of other customers were developing, and my issue required phone calls that took a long time. The teller recognized this and was able to get another associate to assist me so she could continue to help other customers who need to conduct standard banking transactions. The new associate sat me at their desk and worked with me and the telephone agents to resolve my issues. This is what customer service is about. Both agents cared about my problem, but also recognized the need to help other customers too. Well done!”

“Absolutely the best! Anybody who needs a solid bank with real people and real service should look no further. I own and operate a few different companies, and I'm so happy I found these guys over covid. My prior bank (a large Regional Bank you would immediately recognize the name of) simply could not function. We moved nearly a dozen accounts to Anchor in 2020, and it was the best decision I have made.
