One cannot get through on the phone lines - parts department answer, immediately place you on hold, go round on telephony and then call gets cut ✂️

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!They do not stand behind their vehicles, we have an aviator with 30,000 miles that has constant issues. They have broken out a window and now have burnt holes in the seat, and refuse to fix the vehicle. This dealership is redeeming themselves. They now have a VERY VERY lovely and pleasant greeter that meets you at your car when you pull in. This person completely changes the experience for service. They are also sending coupons via mail that they apply to my bill. Great moves!
