I had a amazing time with Marc's customer service. He made sure the lawn mower that I brought my dad, was running well before we took off with it. Mr. Tory on the other hand seems like he didn't want to help as much. He need to work on how to speak to people. I would recommend to give Mr. Mark 10 stars.

Overall, environment is positive.! Associates are always very willing to help and as a woman who doesn’t always know what I’m doing I very much appreciate it.
