“I have been here for a few events. The Yacht Club knows how to make an event run smoothly. The food has very good the bar is outstanding and the atmosphere is wonderful. If we lived closer we would join! In all the events we have attended food was served buffet style. We have approximately 100 people at each event. I want to go for a sit-down meal and experience what they can do. If the buffet is an indication of the talents of the staff I think it would be wonderful.”

“Final update: Working with Rachelle made everything so much better! We arrived and no one was there to open, but we called and a lady showed up with in 10 minutes. We were able to set up and had a beautiful baby shower! I am so thankful for the time and them for making up for the wedding issue!UPDATE: I have been talking to Rachelle and so far she has gone above and beyond. I am bumping up to 3 stars. If everything goes as planned my review will be back up to 5, and I will be happy to recommended.What a huge disappointment using them. 1st I sign the contract for the place on Beal and then a week later tells me they messed up and someone else had the spot. Okay no problem what’s the solution? They said they just signed with another location at the islander hy vacasa. Perfect! We go with the lady who was helping us (McKenzie) and she shows us. We book and she says anything please let us know we will help. Well the day before the wedding I checked to make sure they had our floor plan as I heard nothing from them. I get told that I have to talk to the islander as they did not associate with them. I was livid. We had been dealing with them from day 1 with no phone number for the islander, nothing!!McKenzie calls and says she will help. Well the day of the wedding. No one showed up. No chairs or tables set up. So disappointed with their service and will never recommended them to anyone in town.Only positive thing I will say is McKenzie was a sweet girl, but communication was not great.”

“As expected and worth the $$$. Well packaged pick up order. Delicious tuna dip, gumbo, and steamers.Back again in April 2024. Got the Surf and Turf (NY Strip and Shrimp) and the Surf and King (NY Strip and King Crab). Both come with complimentary house salads, red potatoes, and a vegetable medley.Medium-Rare steaks were cooked well, and plates had good portions of shrimp and crab with the 12 ounce steak. Might seem pricey, but it's quality food, and you'll leave stuffed. Great service today, too.Parking: There is some parking in the back.”

“It was a great place to celebrate an office party. I wish there were good options as what was presented to me is something I don't eat for health reasons. It's huge and has a nice space to have tons of tables set up and a dance floor. They also had someone playing music, and it was nice they had security on site.”

“The staff at this location is spectacular!!! Everyone went above and beyond our expectations. From Crystal Farrar at the cafe to Joe our favorite bartender took incredible care of us during of 25th wedding anniversary trip! Crystal waited on us every morning greeting us with her beautiful smile and positive attitude. Joe took great care of us in the evenings. He makes the best drinks and makes the environment fun and enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back in a few months. Choosing the Holiday Inn was the best choice! Holiday Inn, your employees at this location are top notch in every department. Everyone is so nice at the front desk. See you soon! Best wishes!Food & drinks: The breakfast buffet is wonderful with something for everyone. The drinks were great every night.”

“The atmosphere was perfect. Beautiful sunny. The food was great, my old issue was the salad nowadays just dont come mixed I find. Pile old this a pile of that. There is nowhere to mix it up because the bowl is so full of lettuce. Don't get me wrong, the salad was yummy. it just wasn't enough mixing room.”
