“The staff at this location is spectacular!!! Everyone went above and beyond our expectations. From Crystal Farrar at the cafe to Joe our favorite bartender took incredible care of us during of 25th wedding anniversary trip! Crystal waited on us every morning greeting us with her beautiful smile and positive attitude. Joe took great care of us in the evenings. He makes the best drinks and makes the environment fun and enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back in a few months. Choosing the Holiday Inn was the best choice! Holiday Inn, your employees at this location are top notch in every department. Everyone is so nice at the front desk. See you soon! “Great beachfront location. Beautiful views....Beautiful pool outdoors also they had a hot tub that was nice. Indoor pool was heated. Check in was a breeze. You do have to pay to park and breakfast is not complimentary but with so much around it was fine. Will stay again.”

“Visited for a conference recently. Front desk/check-in staff was not very friendly or helpful. Called down and asked for hangers and was told no because they dont have closets but a few pegs to hang stuff on the wall. The rest of the hotel staff was very helpful and the food was good as well. Resort is nice and well kept for being a little older of a resort. Great view and a relaxing beach!”

“The room reeked of mold, it was dirty, needed major repairs and when I went to the front desk a silverfish crawled across the counter… it was disgusting! Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else! If I could have given zero stars, I would have!”

“This was the perfect condo for us! The location was great, and the view was amazing. The condo complex was easy to get to, and even thought the unit we were in (Islander 5006) was right off the elevator, we never heard any extra noise.My husband accidentally left his Traveling Quilt (handmade by his mom) behind. We contact Brooks and Shorey once we got home; they were able to locate the quilt through housing and shipped it to us. GREAT customer service, and we will definitely be staying here again!”
