“I have been a t-mobile customer for over 15 years, as in still had the original jump program plan. I have been in several times asking how to lower my bill and no one has even suggested switching plan...until I went in Tuesday. Greena was AMAZING! She helped me switch plans and get me into a new phone (I went in because my S22+ had stopped charging). These things can be a lengthy process and she made it so easy and fun. Brandon H. Was also there and they were so funny. I can't express the weight off my shoulders knowing now my bill has been fixed. Thank you Greena and Brandon H. Yall are terrific at your jobs!!!”

652 Beal Pkwy NW Unit D, Fort Walton Beach“well i had cricket service for awhile but overtime my back issues got worse so i have been trying for dissability for a few years and ended up getting a much cheaper phone due to not being able to work.well i had lost my new phone and needed to get a phone to have available so i took my cricket phone with sim card to the FORT WALTON BEACH/beal pkwy location to see about getting it reactivated since it had only been 4 or 5 months since i discontinued my service.well the young guy JOSE had taken my money and said nothing much about anything besides my payment was processed and went thru and asked me to try phone and make sure it worked before leaving which i was already doing.well had a mssg saying couldnt connect to network.well he took awhile and said he didnt know what to do and told me i needed to call cust service.HOW,phone wont work.told me to come back next day and if he couldnt figure out phone id get a refund since i paid for service and got none.so i came back and had to sit and wait more than 15 minutes for the other employee to call someone from customer service just like a regular customer has too.got nowhere so i had a appt and left and left info for the girl to contact me got no call but went back only to be told i couldnt get my $70 cash back cause it was cash payment.funnything was the day before she said rite in front of me to JOSE that since my phone wasnt a active account he SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY and was to call kelvin their boss to ask what to do instead of doing a shortcut quick cash payment.i had already borrowed a $100.00 to get another phone and other service elsewhere due to i have to have a phone to get dr appointment calls and what not.long story short i was lied too,stolen from basically and shunned out the door.so now im short the $66 and change,plus the $100 i borrowed to get another phone elsewhere and the 3 days of driving back n forth to only get nowhere but deeper in debt.all cause i just wanted to reactivate my already paid for cricket phone.also JOSE had used his employee discount card while on the clock to pay some of some another guys $434.00 total i heard the girl ring up while i sat there wasting my time.which the company policy says only a dependant claimed on taaxes can get to have a employee discount to be used.im not conna be happier until i can get 200peeps not to acquire the service of crooks taking from disabled people.where is the negative stars rating at on here.thanks again for a not so great experience from a customer who had alreadt bought a handful of phones from u guys.”
“I came into the store to trade in my old phone and have my son’s old iPhone activated for my use. So not a new customer and not spending money. Abby and Zac were so kind and helpful! They happily spent an hour getting everything perfect for me and even installed a screen protector for me. While there I learned more about Verizon’s new home internet service. Unfortunately I’m not a candidate at this time but Abby promised to check on it regularly and reach out to me each Monday until my neighborhood is included. Thanks Abby and Zac! I’ve never had such a good experience in a Verizon store.”
