So far, I love it.I did go back to ask some questions, and Jason was off. The female working didn't have good customer service, and I almost canceled my new plan & phone just because of the way she treated me.She tried to tell me I could hot spot my phone to another device in my car while running Android auto on wifi & Bluetooth. I knew I wasn't crazy that can't run Hotspot & connect to wifi at the same time.Other than that, I highly recommend Jason & AT&T.”

“Best phone repair in the area hands down! I had a samsung s20 that went black and was waiting for ever for parts to be available from multiple local big shops. Just happened to find them and stop in to see if they could fix my phone... They had the parts within a few days and fixed it. Boom. And it was less than any other shop! Had a issue with the repair after a few days and took it back and was fine after a few hours! Laid back feel and solide customer service. Do not let the look fool you! This is a highly recommended place to repair any device! Support local! Anyone complaining of them not ansering the phone or there provider saying they didnt use authorized parts should understand that they are a local business that might have not been able to get there and answer the phone and or take your broken phone to the dealer and get bent over! Why is it allways idevice owners that can not be satisfied.... Thses guys do everything they can to help you with what you broke!”
