“Rented a 20 foot truck for a few hours. Very quick and easy process. Fortunately didn’t have to make a reservation. Staff was professional, quick and friendly. Returned same. Google has their hours wrong. They are open Sundays and until 7 on Saturday.”
“Hands down the best and most efficient Ryder shop in the whole country!! I am not exaggeration I’m a truck driver and have been to all the states, and yeah i haven’t really passed by all the Ryder shops but I’ve been through enough to know this is the best. Every time i go as a walk in they help me fast and efficient, and allow me to leave the truck and trailer there while they do the repairs and sometimes a little longer so they’ve come in clutch when I’ve needed that sort of help. Everyone in the staff is amazing and I’m sorry i can’t recall everyone’s name but Stephany has been an absolute angel with her customer service skills and always helping me find a way to fix any issues with parking in the property or repairs. Thank you all you all are very appreciated.”
“Everything that could have gone wrong using this UHAUL location did go wrong. Both the hitch installation and moving experience were a complete nightmare. However, I am giving five stars here because Irma took ownership of the situation and helped me until my move was complete. She gave me her personal number, and even when not at work, she took care of some issues, which she didn’t have to do. But that’s how dedicated she is. I have never seen someone work as hard as she does and with such excellent customer service skills in any business. If she ever leaves this location might as well shut it down, because there’s no way this store could run without her. I hope UHAUL is aware of the exemplary employee they have and treat her accordingly. Thank you Irma.”
“I picked up a one way Uhaul at this location. We reserved a smaller truck but when pick up time was near, we were told there weren't anymore available. I started to panic but they offered a larger truck (26 footer I believe) at the same price. Also threw in 100 free miles. SWEET! Good thing we were forced to upgrade because we ended up needing every inch of space in that huge truck. The young lady who assisted me during pick up was polite & thorough. I was in & out in a matter of minutes.”
