“First visit. Propane customer.This was the only place open near me on a Saturday to fill 4 20lb tanks. Saw some negative reviews but that seemed to be mostly from truck customers and that business will never make everyone happy. I'm happy I'm at a place in my life where I don't need to deal with it.Short wait for a Saturday morning. There were no prices posted anywhere that I could see for propane but it ended up being flat rate 20 bucks per standard 20lb grill sized tank which is fair considering they actually fill the tank fully. Friendly guy took my money, handed me a receipt and then radioed to the propane guy that I was coming out. That second guy was also friendly and quickly filled all 4 tanks. Both the scale and gallon counters were plainly visible and he filled until the relief valve opened so there was no question that my tanks were actually full. I use my gas grill a LOT so the extra 20% or so I get from a refill vs an exchange matters to me, especially filling 4 tanks at a time. Dang near a free tank worth of gas.Their tank and equipment was clean and looked well maintained. Had a fresh coat of paint. The pump was in a clean stainless steel enclosure and the counter glass was clean so you could easily see how much fuel you were receiving. There was parking right next to the tank and a generous concrete pad in front to hand over and retrieve your tanks as they are filled. While I was there a food truck vendor pulled up and just handed his tank to the guy who seemed to know him making me think he's a repeat customer and I'm guessing a food truck goes through a lot of propane so he's probably tried a few different places.Not a complicated experience, a fair and simple price and quick/efficient service. That's all I'm really looking for at a propane vendor. Some things should just be plain and easy. I'll go back when I need my next refills.”

“The employee who hooked up the uhaul I was renting paid no attention to detail regarding check out. He allowed me to leave without any knowledge of a leaking tire. I drove 4 miles to my home and arrived on a flat tire. No slow leak could have occurred that fast. I just think he was too lazy to do his job to the best of his ability.”
