“I stayed about a week ago, had probably one of my nicest stays anywhere thanks to Waliya making sure everything was all good! She went above and beyond making sure my boyfriend and I had a good stay, addressed any problems we had, and everything was perfect in the end. We truly thank her and recognize her for the effort she’s putting in to make sure every guest is happy and we could see that with our stay. Thank you so much Waliya, i’ve never been graced with such a kind and helpful motel/hotel employee. You made sure everything was perfect and more and I couldn’t have been happier.”
“After 7.5 weeks of travel and 30 campsites, this was clearly the most beautiful place. Super clean and beautifully decorated. The operators were extremely friendly and the location on a small lake was very appealing. Deserves 6 stars.”
“When we got to this hotel we were very welcomed! They made the experience to check in painless and easy. They offer a small intercontinental breakfast and I'm glad they have community coffee! We needed to extend our stay and Gino, who works for the hotel, made a deal and kept us in the same rate! They offer really good room service. All you do is use the tag on the door which has two sides for different purposes. I've yet to try the pool because of the weather but they said it will be available tomorrow. This is a great location too. Only a few minutes away from the beach, plenty of restaurants, places to shop, and more! So far, this place is awesome!Rooms: The rooms are very clean with plenty of room to walk around. Even the fridge is full sized!Walkability: We can walk to the gas station, McDonalds, liquor store and other places that are just a few hundred feet away.”
“The Reno Motel is going through major renovations and upgrades, and although it is not completed yet it looks like this will be a beautiful place to go to....Was able to preview one of the newly renovated rooms against one of the undone rooms...Wow...new floors..new bathrooms..new cielings...a/c...absolutely beautiful.....”

“Booked a room with a king bed for 5 nights & I have to say, I was not disappointed. The room was clean, housekeeping did a great job & shockingly, the bed was pretty comfortable. The only issue we had was the outdated television with the picture that kept scrambling. Luckily I was able to watch my app streaming services on my phone, but it would've been more comfortable to watch on the actual television.”
