They valued my trade lower than expected. Then, in the paperwork, they used the tax savings as part of that value, which makes the deal even worse by $2000. I was disappointed with the dishonesty, so no deal. I recommend you do business elsewhere. Toyotas sell themselves, but you can buy from many other dealers.

Due to reconstruction of the dealership and relocating to office trailers the property is congested, but well marked and has an employee to direct you to where you need to go.On arrival at the temporary parts desk, Mr Medina promptly greeted me, looked up my order and went to retrieve my parts at another location on the property. The order was correct and complete.I ran a full service Amoco service station for years and a corporate limousine and fleet repair service for 25 years and have patronized many parts dealers, some good and some bad.Mr Medina was friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to use this dealership parts dept. in the future.SincerelyJohn Gagliano

Negotiating a trade in price is extremely difficult, takes a long time and they sure make sure that Bev Smith Toyota is the winner. They offer to buy your trade-in way below Kelly's Blue Book. They offered to buy my car, which was in excelent shape, for $3,500 below Kelly's. Sell your car outside the dealership! We had to wait an hour to get into the business agents office to sign the paperwork. Before we got to the dealership, we had agreed with them on the price of the car we were buying and it still took more than 4 hours to complete the transaction.I sent an email to the general manager, and he did not respond!

This dealership in Florida, continues to send me emails because they have an incorrect email address for their customer. I have never been to their dealership, let alone Florida. I love getting someone else's personal information. Please get your act together and take me off your email list. This is been going on for over a year. How stupid can you be?

agoTheir strong arm selling tactics was NOT appropriated! Before even showing us any vehicles they wanted all my personal info and then wanted me to sign a paper committing to buying from them. (Which I would not sign) Then after that they showed us vehicles but wouldn't even tell us the list price until after we drove it. Also they took my current vehicle key to get a trade-in price but wouldn't give my key back until the sales manager further tried to strong arm me. I will NEVER be back there again!Buyer beware! Please read other reviews ob how they take advantage of the elderly.

I want to take a moment to commend Maddie from Bev Smith Toyota for her outstanding service during my recent purchase of a 2016 Transit Connect. Maddie's professionalism and dedication were truly commendable and worthy of a shoutout at the next Monday's morning meeting. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Maddie made the car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. Her knowledge about the Transit Connect and her ability to answer all my questions left me feeling confident in my decision.Maddie's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference. She patiently explained all the features of the vehicle, ensuring that I left with a clear understanding of how everything worked. Her friendly demeanor and patience with my requests made the process stress-free.I genuinely believe that Maddie's exceptional customer service sets a high standard for the dealership. She not only helped me find the perfect vehicle but also made the entire experience memorable. If there's anyone at Bev Smith Toyota who deserves recognition for their dedication to customer satisfaction, it's Maddie.

Despite my efforts to steer clear of aggressive sales tactics, I encountered a sales representative named Jean Damas who challenged the reasonableness of my request for a car priced less than 10k over the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). However, I managed to discover a method of ordering the car online that eliminates the hefty dealer fees amounting to 6k, which they had previously claimed to be impossible. Unfortunately, they have since disregarded my communication.

Pablo was extremely passive aggressive. He referred to my services for my car as a "laundry list" and became irritated when I told him I was just there for the oil change and that we could talk about recommended services when I came back to get my car. When I told him he could tell me later about the recommended services he stated that I was stopping him from doing his job and that I should take my car elsewhere to be serviced. I have never had a worse experience at Bev Smith Toyota than today. I hope Pablo learns to be more compassionate in the future especially towards a recent college graduate that does everything by herself. Everyone deserves kindness!

This new car sales adventure was the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. I walked into their showroom, and the music was SO LOUD you can't even think. It sounded like a cheesy "dance club" My gut told me to walk out as soon as I entered the place. I should have followed my heart. They claim they offer $6,000 over Blue Book for a trade-in, but that is not the case. They offered me less than I was at another dealership for my vehicle. You walk into their showroom, and the music is SO LOUD you can't even think. It sounded like a cheesy "dance club."The sales guy was ok, but the sales manager he brought in to help close the deal tried to use the "used car" sales strategy. I was offered loans at 74 and 80 months at over 8%. When I spoke with the sales associate, I told him I was there because of the 2.9%. I also said I was not paying $47,000 for a Toyota Camry. They came back with a price knocking $3,000 off the price and not giving me $6,0000 above sticker. I walked out and called it 2 hours. I'd never get back. I would not recommend this place at all.

Charges over MSRP and the online price on BEV SMITH'S WEBSITE for parts. I hope the extra 10 bucks was worth losing a customer forever....Scummy dealerships...all of them! SCUMBAGS!

Just brought a 2023 Tundra. Sam from the dealership guided me through all my options buying my first truckand broke down the best deal for me. Definitely ask for him when you come here and are looking to buy or lease. Steve from finance also set me up with the best protection plan for the truck and also set me up with an affordable monthly payment. Check them out! You wont regret it! Love my new truck and love the service provided to me.
