“These guys are fantastic! We had an emergency move due to a mold infestation and had to go into an Airbnb. The entire team was completely accommodating and helpful to us especially when we could not get movers to get all our things out in time and there were issues with the Airbnb and had to extend the truck rental. Not only did they provide great customer service from the beginning but they also worked with us to make it affordable to keep the truck longer until we were able to find another Airbnb. Zane Jennifer Tyler and the other gentleman who I cannot remember his name thank you all for great service this is why I stay loyal to Penske after all these years.”

“No problem renting and no problem returning. Picked this 15’ truck up in Key West and drove it to Fort Myers with no trouble, the truck handled well and ran good. Pretty easy to drive!Went in to return it and the guys were friendly and did the return paperwork fast! No extra costs when I was done. I would definitely use this place again and recommend it for round trips or one way. Very reasonably priced!”
“We decided to buy a new tv at Sam's Club. So, we requested a U-Haul truck online. We drove down the street, walked into the U-Haul store, spoke with a really nice representative and payed for the rental. We were back at Sam's Club in no time, losded up and off to our house, unloaded and back to U-Haul for a speedy return.The whole experience took 45 minutes.U-Haul for the convenience and the win!”

“I rented a 26 footer in VA and drove it down to FL. When I arrived at this location it was a simple process to turn it in. The place is clearly marked so you know where to go, where to enter, where to park for inspection, etc. My interaction there was so quick there is not much else to say. In and out quickly with minor effort event driving a 26 footer”

“This is the second time we've used this location in as many months for cross-country trips and the personnel are efficient, friendly, and courteous. The checkout process is speedy and everything went smoothly. They hook the trailer up to your car or truck (to make sure it is done correctly) and then you drive on your way. Couldn't be easier. I believe this to be the main U-Haul location in Ft. Myers and would certainly go out of my way to find this location instead of hoping the local gas station had the trailer or truck you needed. We didn't need boxes and blankets but they have all that there too.”
