Stood there alone at the counter for 3 or 4 minutes feeling like the invisible man and walked out. Went on line and got rates and reserved truck. When moving day came I went in and same lady behind counter, this time training a new employ. She was very pleasant and professional to my surprise. I would use this rental office again.”

“I like the place and it seems they take security seriously. My only issue is the occasional rat seen on the first floor. It is south Florida and rats are everywhere. And I haven't seen any on the higher floors, only on the first. They need to do more pest eradication on the first floor, even if it's more than the other floors.”
