Just like others have said here, this company is clearly trying to scam me. I have an emergency credit card that I never use, and after giving it to them for the deposit (because they said it couldn't be a debit card) I started getting random purchases on my card from within the city. I dont live in Fort Myers. Then they said that I "damaged" the vehicle. Every picture they showed was of the most innocuous, general wear and tear scratches I have ever seen. Most wouldn't even be noticeable to the eye, and I'm entirely sure they didn't occur during my very short duration of usage. How would I make a vertical scratch on the middle of the roof of the vehicle? I had the car for less than 48 hours by the way. I'm not sure what they're trying to do here, but I can promise you it'll catch up to them sooner than they expect. They are obviously taking advantage of people who aren't expecting to be scammed by a company like this. The vehicle was extremely dirty on the inside when I received it, so I know they didn't check the vehicle prior to giving it to me. If it wasn't for the fact that I was in the city due to a family medical emergency, I would not have taken the car because of its interior condition.

We love Sixt... We use them every time we travel if they are in the destination city. Great selection of higher quality cars for a reasonable price. Their rental agents are always courteous and helpful.

10/10! Booked on Expedia and rejected their add-ons (insurances, tolls, gas, etc), provided only the name of my auto insurance company, & returned the car in the same condition with no accidents, etc. No other charges after I dropped off the vehicle.
Pick-up was easy, I think Jeffrey helped me and he was efficient and provided so much information. Dropped off the vehicle with Amanda and she did a quick job. The location was also perfect as it's right across from baggage claim, perfect for arrivals and departures.
Booked from them and not the cheapest option on Expedia as those will definitely have hidden fees after booking online!

Had and amazing experience here, Gina was the employee that took care of me, costumer service 10/10, sweet lady, she helped me from the moment I walked in, she was wonderful to me explaining everything about my rental. I’m definitely coming back to rent here specially if Gina is there.

Best car rental company. Lorena at the fort meters airport was exceptionally helpful. She got us on our way when the other companies could care less. If you are looking to rent from airport def go see sixt. Great cars too. We had the bmw x3. Was amazing. Might buy one.

Best rental car company! This was my second time renting a car from SIXT (this time was in Fort Myers, Florida, 2nd time was in Seattle, Washington). Every other rental line was a mile long, but not SIXT. They are reasonably priced and super efficient. Trust me, I am difficult to please! Shout out to Nathan at the front counter for his knowledge and humor. Thanks for the white Jeep Wrangler! I wish I could remember the young lady’s name who gave me the keys because she was so sweet and helpful. But the star of the show proudly goes to Edward C. I was stopped at the exit gate trying to figure out how to roll down the windows and for not his attentiveness, I would’ve sat there longer. He signaled me if I needed help and he was so kind. Then when I brought the car back, he checked us out at the return line and I just cannot express how sweet and professional he was. In an age of crappy attitudes and entitlement, this was such a refreshing experience! Thanks, SIXT! I will probably see you again in October.
