Refused to give me rental car after they took my money because they said we don't accept that form of payment. So they had my money Refused to give me rental car or money back had to go through fraud department on my card to get reimbursed.

Sixt Fort Myers airport hooked us up with a bmw 840i drop top convertible. This car was crazy cool and we got compliments every where we drove. We did not want to stop driving all week. Nelson at the front desk was laid back and friendly and extremely helpful making sure we fully understood the insurance and rental agreement.

The service was totally uncomplicated, totally fast as had been ordered. Jeff's service was also very good. the return was also no problem, for the price an absolute round thing.????
