“This is the second review for MOBILITY CITY OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA FORT MYERS, FLORIDA! Not every Mobility City will get a review like this, they’re all individually franchised so you need to know which one to go to. After having a very bad experience with the one in Sarasota, again individually owned, and franchise nothing to do with Fort Myers! I brought my unit to Mobility City Southwest Fort Myers Florida to see if they could help me resolve many issues. The Mobility scooter I have is made by a company called Pride and it’s called a Baja Raptor 2. They are an excellent product, but every once in a while, just like automobiles and everything else, one slipped through the quality control. On top of that kind of occurrence once in a ton of years, if you go to the wrong dealer, they can do things like replace the wrong part, charge you for a part they never installed, and much more. None of that kind of horrible occurrence happened with the wonderful people of Mobility City Southwest Fort Myers, Florida. After making many attempts to make fix my unit , they called Pride corporation, spoke to an incredible lady named Lorraine, filled her in on every effort they had made and asked if she could do anything. On behalf of Pride corporation, Lorraine authorized a brand new unit for me, a disabled vet. Very rare that a large company makes a goodwill gesture like that! To say that we’re eternally grateful for their kindness and their aggressive attempt to repair my unit would be an understatement. I now have my new Pride Baja Raptor and I’m thrilled. I can get around and not be a shut in! If you’re looking for any kind of Mobility equipment for any kind of handicap from small units to big units and anything in between, pull up on the web Mobility city Southwest, Fort Myers, Florida! You won’t believe what they have to help you! They are incredibly VA friendly and recognized by the veterans administration. Sorry to ramble, but there are not enough good words to say for Laura, Rick, Miguel, Neil, Max and every other person I met there. An incredibly huge, thank you from a disabled vet to a wonderful organization of people with compassion, empathy, and expertise. God bless you!”

“Went to the medical supply store and was greeted by two ladies who are very helpful in displaying the products showing the features and benefits I had my mother with me she was able to try her walker out and there was no rush no sales pitch they just simply kept helping us until we work through all the questions that we had they even installed name tags on the Walker one that was visible and one that was underneath just in case it was to be taken by somebody else at the facility where my mother stays I would highly recommend choosing the medical supply store for your needs. On a side note the Walker that we got happen to be $100 less than what we found just across town was equal with the online prices.”

“I will only do business with Access Medical Supply for medical needs.Ms. Kathy was a very big help, the prices are the best and the same as other companies, They also worked with the insurance for me and that took a load off of me.I had to get my mother who has dementia as well as other medical issues, I like that the mattress is a firm foam bed that you can put an air bed topper on it to make the bed soft, medium or firm also the mattress and bed were brand new (big plus).As for Mr. Mike Cherry whom delivered and set the the bed up he was extremely professional, my mom happened to be sleeping in the room that he set the bed up in and she didn’t hear a sound, I can’t express how fast yet quietly he set the bed up, he was a very sweet caring professional gentleman.Thank you very much Ms. Kathy and Mr. Mike Cherry (I believe his name was) and the rest of the team at Access Medical Supply for your kindness and professionalism.Blessings.Renee F.”

“Our arch specialist today was Melissa. Not only was she extremely thorough and friendly, but we felt like this is the solution to avoid surgery for plantar fasciitis. Considering the 3 step program is going to actually fix and correct the issue instead of offering temporary relief, we feel the price is worth it. Also, we love the foot massager. On top of it all since the orthotics are considered medical devices, we were happy with purchasing and financial options such as a business write off and HSA eligibility. Thank you!”
