“Finally a company that values customer service. When you call, you have to listen to a robot for about a minute before connecting you to a person. But it’s so worth it for the good people they have on the phone lines. I really hope these employees are valued by Rotech, because they care, they are candid, and they do an amazing job. I just got off the phone with Loida who helped me with every question I had. She was so fun to talk to, but still extremely professional. “I will only do business with Access Medical Supply for medical needs.Ms. Kathy was a very big help, the prices are the best and the same as other companies, They also worked with the insurance for me and that took a load off of me.I had to get my mother who has dementia as well as other medical issues, I like that the mattress is a firm foam bed that you can put an air bed topper on it to make the bed soft, medium or firm also the mattress and bed were brand new (big plus).As for Mr. Mike Cherry whom delivered and set the the bed up he was extremely professional, my mom happened to be sleeping in the room that he set the bed up in and she didn’t hear a sound, I can’t express how fast yet quietly he set the bed up, he was a very sweet caring professional gentleman.Thank you very much Ms. Kathy and Mr. Mike Cherry (I believe his name was) and the rest of the team at Access Medical Supply for your kindness and professionalism.Blessings.Renee F.”

“We rented a power recliner! They were courteous and gave us a veteran’s discount!
Very fair pricing too! When we had an issue with the chair they were expedient in sending a great man, Miguel, to fix it! It had. It had come unplugged from under the chair! But they were ready with a different chair just in case! It was comfortable per my wheelchair bound husband! It even laid out the whole way for a nap as it had two separate motors! I would highly recommend this company!!!”
